My dear beauties, I hope all is well with you all. I had a busy weekend and I can’t wait to share with you this amazing experience in my next post.

First off, I would like to thank Tomoson for the partnerships. I’ve received this beautiful necklace from them. As you all know, I’m always down for bright colors and this necklace’s color is awesome. It’s light, affordable and can style different ways. Website will be included at the bottom of this post.

I bought this plaid blazer from a local thrift store. Instead of wearing it, I decided to turn it into a great project. I forgot to take pictures of details of this whole project. Here’s a quick review on how I achieved it:

-Make sure you buy a blazer that will probably fit you as a skirt

  • Think about the length and how tight you’ll need it before you start cutting it. You don’t want to ruin your whole project.

– Depend on the length, I started to cut my blazer a few inches below the armholes.

– Use a fitted skirt to cut it or you can pin it while wearing it to make sure that it’s well fitted ( leave an inch for seam allowance). Sew both sides.

– Use a piece of fabric for waistband or you can simply fold the waist and sew it.

-Pockets are optional. If you consider having them, you can remove them and place them wherever you feel like to.

Now, go and conquer the world with your beautiful project.
